Welcome to Precision Finish. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Precision Finish provides professional painting and finishing services, including but not limited to interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, custom finishes, and related services as described on our website.
Any quotes or estimates provided by Precision Finish are based on the information provided by you and our assessment of the project requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions, changes in scope, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the project.
Service scheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by Precision Finish. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule, but specific dates and times cannot be guaranteed until confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal or contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project. For larger projects, we may establish a payment schedule with installments due at specific project milestones.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, or electronic bank transfer. Late payments may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the project deposit to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
Precision Finish reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenient time.
Precision Finish provides the following warranties on our services:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
